Our story began during one of the most challenging times — the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many families, we faced uncertainty and unexpected changes. With everything being shut down and opportunities becoming limited, Malena followed her passion for creativity and her desire to bring happiness to others by creating personalized flower arrangements and gift deliveries.

What started as a way to share joy with our community quickly became something much bigger. During a time when many people felt separated from their loved ones, we helped families celebrate birthdays, welcome new babies, and send messages of love through flowers and thoughtful gifts. Every delivery became more than just a bouquet — it became a reminder that love and connection could still be shared.

Through dedication, faith, and the support of our community, Expresalo Con Detalles grew from a small delivery service into the family-owned flower and gift shop we are today in Federal Way, Washington.
